Rolling Ridge Conservancy Forest Stewardship Workshop

Join us for an enriching experience at the Rolling Ridge Conservancy on Saturday, November 15, 2025. This event is perfect for landowners, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers eager to learn about forest ecology and sustainable practices. With guidance from seasoned foresters and forestry experts, you will gain valuable insights into caring for local forests and your own land.

The morning will begin with a warm welcome over coffee and tea, allowing you to connect with fellow nature enthusiasts. After refreshments, we will embark on a guided hike through a portion of our diverse 1,600-acre property. Experts will share knowledge on forest stewardship topics, such as the impacts of invasive species and the state programs available for landowners.

Please join us at the Opequon Quaker Camp Lodge.

After coffee and tea at 9:00 AM we will take a hike in the forest a hear from forestry and ecology experts.  We will return to the Lodge for lunch.
